Doron Maman: Building Mental Toughness

On today’s Halftime Snack, I’ll be hosting Doron Maman.

Doron is an entrepreneur by definition. He founded a company, wrote a book, and he’s one of the best public speakers I’ve ever seen.

He is the Managing partner of Excellent, an Israeli company which mentally and physically prepares young adults prior to their draft to the elite units of the army.

His area of expertise lies in the intersection between psychology and sports.

In our conversation, we snacked about building mental toughness, dealing with adversity, having a “comeback mentality,” and so much more.

Come snack with us!
