Our guest today is Victoire Cogevina.

Victoire Cogevina is a sports-tech entrepreneur from Argentina, who's building the future of soccer talent scouting, and she is also an advocate for gender equality in sports.

She has experience working and building her own sports agency, and she’s been a public speaker at numerous international sports business events.

She is the co-founder of Gloria. A video-based platform where players can share their talents and get discovered.

In our conversation, we snacked about the process of becoming a sports-tech entrepreneur, the challenges of being a woman in a mostly male-dominated industry, and her lessons on building a company in Silicon Valley.
