Amar Singh: Lessons on Sports Marketing, Branding, and Beer
In today's episode, Amar Singh joins us for a quick Halftime Snack. He's a former head of content at West Ham United and chief of content at Squawka. He then worked with Budweiser as the head of Football Content & Strategy — where he led the content operations from Budweiser's sponsorships of the Premier League and LaLiga.
He now works as a brand manager for Belgian company Anheuser-Busch, one of the most relevant beer-producing brands globally.
Amar is an expert in marketing, branding, product, and, most importantly, beer.
In our conversation, we talked about what makes sports marketing unique, how different are the marketing roles in the brands where he worked, lessons on content distribution, brand building, and so much more.
